Thanks for all the tips!! I went to a doggie boutique in OKC and they told me to get the barrettes and so I did, but they also slip out. They stay in much better than bands though. Poor Elle, I laugh at her when she had bands in tho. Her hair is so short on top she just had this little patch of hair that sticks up! Its so cute. I think she feels embarassed, thats why she rubs them off. And, it might be pulling...but I will try all these things. Something had to help!!
