My vet told me to look for sign like this for a liver shunt that thier body's can't process the protein and they shake you might want to see if your vet can check for it and also this just doesn't sound normal i would call your vet and see about taking her back.I am so sorry you have to go through this i hope everything is ok my prayers and thoughts go out to you and your baby.
