If she never trembled after eating before, I think I would be worried. You're still giving her Nutrical? because trembling could be a sign of low blood sugar, but it wouldn't make since after eating.

Are her pupils dilated when she is trembling? If so, you may want to shine a light in her eyes and see if the pupils respond correctly (get smaller). If they don't this could indicate some type of neurological problem.

With the recent head injury and her being so young, I would take her in just to be safe.
