We lived outside of Manchester for 4 years. My father bred Boxers..and we had a black cocker. Judy went everywhere with us...hotels on vacation.,,but that was in late 50's. We could take Judy to the dentist office also. LOL
The first time my mother invited neighbors for dinner they came with their dog.
The English are far more dog friendly then us Yanks and I think they are more level headed..we tend to go overboard like the gay guys on ShowDogs Mom and Dads. LOL..not a bad thing, just a bit goofy.
