My sister's yorkie would NEVER eat her puppy food...she would only eat our older dog's adult dog food. Although it is *ideal* to feed them puppy food until 12 months of age, it certainly will not hurt her for her to eat adult dog food. My sister's yorkie is 4 years old now and she turned out perfectly fine!
