Actually, that bully stick is one of the ones Penny left behind. I was watching TV at my house and I looked over and chloe had got a hold of that bullystick becasue I guess Penny stashed it somewhere
. So I went ahead and let Chloe keep it. Im sure there are more bullysticks "hidden" in secret places aroudn my house
