Hi!
I'm new here, and this is my first Yorkie, so I'm really not able to answer your question but... if it were me, I would call any vet and tell them the symptoms, that you are unable to get in right now, and would they be able to give you any suggestions.
I don't know all your circumstances - but has Molly been around any other dogs lately? Could she have eaten any poop? Try to do a search on here for "diarrhea & vomiting" .... it's in the rectangle on top of the page... the third one in from the right.
Also, I'm fairly certain that you should really try to get some fluids in her... pedialyte or nutrical. Have you tried giving her any boiled chicken, rice, or plain yogurt?
I'm really sorry your baby is sick. Please keep checking back here for someone more experienced - they really know what they're talking about - they just aren't on now.
