That happened to Louie one time. I took him out one morning and right after he pooped he started running around the yard, dragging his butt, and crying. He went past me and I saw what was going on, but he got it off himself before I could get him.
I felt bad for him, I think it scared him more than anything though. I told him that from now on if he eats hair his poop will chase him.
