Pet quality and Poor Quality are 2 different things, IMO. Let's say ONLY "show quality champion owned and shown dogs are the only ones that are deemed worthy enough of passing on their seed. And as already mentioned, not only are they very expensive, but show breeders aren't always willing give them up, how in the heck is anyone else supposed to have a Yorkie?

If they plan on breeding or not. Seems to me like this would leave the door open for only a few select, elite people to ever be given the opportunity.
Honestly, it's the "show" thing again...it gets so old...
