I use the small bands I bought in the grocery store - the trick is to take them out every day before they matt around the hair....I just learned to put the bands in just tight enough to stay... but not so tight I can't untwist them - it takes practice.
There are also latex bands just for dogs and you can find them online pretty cheap. They're really tiny though - I can't get my fingers to work with them
I use barrettes too - but again - you usually need a band first to keep the hair in place.....For your girl right now - you could try the Scrunchies - they have really tiny ones and they're covered in cloth - can't hurt the hair at all. |
thank you so much! i had a barrette in one when she was 4m old... it lasted about 10min and i hadn't tried anything since... the groomer put the elastic in this time...
i will try some of those suggestions but not right away i will give her poor lil head a break i remember being a kid and getting stuff stuck and/or ponytails that hurt lol so i can understand a lil i guess
but when i do try it i will post pics and how i made out... thanks so much!!
