Is My Yorkie Rare? Hi, my name is Kitty and not only am I new to this forum, but I'm also new at owning a yorkie.
To make a long story short, I inherited a two-year old male (not neutered) yorkie from a friend-of-a-friend. The woman that owned him before was an elderly lady who could not, and did not take proper care of him. The result? He's underweight, and has patches of his coat that are balding (yes, this is where I step in, to get him to a healthy weight and and appearance). Anyways, all of this isn't that relivant to my question. Okay. Now, this yorkie is full-blooded and is registered. But, he isn't like most other yorkies. He's slightly taller, and his coat is completely black. Other than that, he has a typical yorkie's dispostion, and personality. Is my new baby rare?
