Honestly, I believe that yelling at a dog will not yield the behavior that you want them to exhibit. Over the years, I have learned that speaking in an understanding and kind, but authoritative, voice will get their attention. You don't want to cause them to be fearful of you. You want them to trust and respect you and look to you for direction. I know you've got a tough job there. I wish I could help more.
