Gina I know exactly how you feel. On September 1, 2004 I decided to quit smoking. I went cold turkey and to this day it is something that I struggle with everyday. I think about smoking everyday but for me it is like a WWE Wrestling match and its me against the cigarette. When I look at it that way it is easy for me to get it out of mind because for so long I looked at a cigarette as somewhat of a friend. It was there when I needed it. Once I decided that I wanted to live a longer, healthier life I realized that the cigarette is my #1 ENEMY and I had to beat it. So now that I have Newport Lights in the Head Lock, I wake up each morning proud that I went one more day without giving in to them. I know that it is hard but the first 3 days were the hardest for me because it is more of a routine breaker in the beginning then the situations come along when you would normally turn to a cigarette for comfort, but the key for me was to look at the cigarette as the ENEMY and you will beat it every time. I hope and pray that it will become easier and easier for you to get through the day without a cigarette because you have made the right decision to quit.

WAY TO GO GINA!!!! WAY TO GO GINA!!!! WAY TO GO GINA!!!! WAY TO GO GINA!!!!
