I don't think that yorkies can 'blow their coat' because they don't have an undercoat. They might blow their puppy coat , which is expelling their poofy fuzzy puppy hair, but they don't blow their coat on a regular basis like other breeds that actually have an under coat. And one leg shorter than the other? I've never even heard of that..
