Gina - you can do it!!!

I did it and it was the hardest thing. I have gone now 3 years and I still crave it when I see someone smoking because I LOVED it but I know you can do it. You know what helped me? It was the fact that I was addicted to something that was materialistic - ya know. I think that made me feel weak that a cigarette controlled my day but it was still hard.
