Does this help at all? The first pic is of a smokers lungs. The second pic is of healthy lungs. I know it's been said time and time agian, but smoking is the single worst thing you can do to your body!!!!!! Your lungs will regenerate themselves and be healthy again, but you need to stop smoking and give them time to repair themselves before it is too late!!!!!
