I'm so sorry to hear about your little guy Peekaboo. That is so sad

There have been quite a few members on YorkieTalk lately who have lost their yorkies, too. Luckily they found theirs. Do not give up home for your little guy. Have you visited all of the shelters and knocked on neighbors doors?? I wish the best for this little guy.
In the meantime, you definately need help with your new little one!

CoNgRaTs on the new addition. He is a DOLL!! My male yorkie did this exact same thing that yours is doing. He would whine everytime I set him on the floor. But, I just let him whine. They need to get used to it because there are things you have to do. But, I hope you aren't ever planning on him NOT sleeping with you. Once you start letting him sleep with you, there's just no turning back. I would wrap him up in a warm towel at night and let him sleep in the bed with you. Let him snuggle close to your chest so he can hear your heart beat. He will be perfectly fine in the bed with you and probably a lot more happy and secure.
Is he eating well??? Just keep an eye on him and make sure he is eating enough because he is obviously stressed out and I would hate for him to have a hypoglocemic episode!

If you are REALLY worried about him and he isn't eating well, it may be a good idea to take him back to the breeder for a couple of weeks. Some yorkies do well coming home at 8 weeks, but most of the time they need to stay with their mamas until they are 12 weeks. That is for you to decide, though.
GOOD LUCK finding Peekaboo...don't give up on him. He is out there somewhere. and GOOD LUCK with your new little one.
