I looked up the word Mutt in the dictionary. Meaning mongrel. I'm sure it was years ago someone with the 1st BMW in the neighborhood that had a pure bred looked upon his neighbors dog that was less than standard and called his dog a mutt. Just because his pet was a mix didn't make his furbaby any less. Same thing goes for the term Bitch. Meaning female dog. I'm sure that was a man that gave that name also. I find that offensive also. Most meanings were given by men I'm sure, and probably, not a lover of all animals. Just because the word is there, doesnt make it less offensive. I prefer mix, as I prefer female over bitch. Yes, your whole opinion was lost with using the word Mutt. TMO.
