Thanks for the reminder. I want to be proud to be a member of this site and I'm sure none of us feel that way when a member is rude and a potentially new member doesn't come back.
Remind yourself that no matter what the circumstances, this may be the only avenue someone seeks for help for their dog. So resist your temptation to tell the owner what you really think and just try to offer helpful advice, for the sake of the dog. |
