Piper'smommy, I completely understand where you are coming from. I am allergic to most dogs, the yorkiepoos and morkies I am not allergic to. By the way, your baby is gorgeous, looks like a parti yorkie with the coloring!!!! I see absolutely no problem with yorkiepoos and morkies, they have alot to offer!! And when you get them off of a breeder you know their current and past history of the pups and even the parents. While I am all for shelter dogs and rescuing one, there are some things that you don't have with a shelter dog. Such as you don't know the history or whether it carries a genetic disease or you don't know the dog's temperment and disposition. Like I said, I have no problem with shelter dogs, I own one, but for someone to say that we should not buy a yorkiepoo or morkie off of a breeder and go to the shelter instead, I disagree and feel it is wrong to say that. I would rather know that my puppy is healthy and has a great disposition and the whole backround of the puppy.
