Hi Tiff congrats...on your new additions

weaning you pups should start at about 4 weeks

I use royal canin "baby puppy food" wet it a bit (not a lot) then warm in the micro..let it absorb the water them mash it up for about a week or two...they love it. You can add a bit of canned food (I dont) I feed this 4-5 times a day, they should be totally weaned by about 5 weeks. Also I keep a small bowl of the dry and a seperate bowl of water in the paypen so they can free feed. Be prepared its fun but a mess. Pups get the food everywhere including all over them Ive attached a pic of 3 messy little pups.

As they age less mashing and eventually no water added...I free feed, dry food and water available 24-7.

I begin shots at 6 weeks and again in 3-4 weeks (no longer) my babies leave with 2 shots at 12 weeks old. I ask the new owners to bring back their pup at n/c for the third shot. They need a series of three do not use LEPTO EVER on a Yorkie!

hope this helps
