I will have to say I was BRAVE and cut Pearl's Fly away hair all the way back to about 1/2 inch when she was about 9 months old(It was long to begin with). It DOESN"T grow any faster but I will say it is BETTER hair. It now is more of a lay down kind of look
. It's now about 1 1/2 inches .
