I must ask a question here...why are you so willingly giving information about this and your court date has not even been set yet. One would think that if you were going to talk about it, you'd wait until after the settlement. Even though you haven't mentioned names, people talk and know who you are referring to.
I see other breeder's names being pulled into this, yet they are not members here (at least not that I know of) to tell their side of the story. Are they as willing, as you are, to give information?
It only makes sense to me to "rise above it" and not try to discredit someone who has been in the show world for many years and has done wonders with the yorkshire terrier breed.
I've seen this go on other forums and it just doesn't make sense to me. |
