Hi & welcome to YT. I would ask for:
1. Complete vet history - shots, illnesses, health check, spaying (etc)
2. Check ears for any black specs (mites)
3. Check coat for any thin/balding areas, any black specs (flea dirt)
4. Check clearness of eyes
5. Check teeth - are they white and clean looking
6. Watch the pup walk and run, ask if she was checked for luxating patella
7. What is the health history of the parents

Thats all I can think of right now. Hope this helps.
