Help!!! I just got my new yorkie yesterday. I have one already. Sadie is 14 months old and we got her a year ago this month. We also have a yellow lab that adapted pretty well to Sadie. Now we picked up our new fur baby yesterday. She is 6 months old today. Yesterday Sadie was doing ok with her. She played with her and everything. Today she is being like a pouty big sister. She runs away every time Zoey gets near her and won't have anything to do with her.
I was worried that Zoey wouldn't adapt well, but she is doing just fine, it is Sadie that I am having problems with. I keep telling myself that she is upset and that she will adapt in a week or so. Does anyone have any encouraging words for me? Right now I am sorry we got Zoey. Even though she is a little pistol.
I need some encouraging words. PLEASE!!!!
