This is a nightmare!

I already have one 12lb. Yorkie (which I do LOVE with all my heart!) and am in the market for one well within the standard.....why is this so hard!!!!

Met some dingbat breeder today and I'm just about ready to give up.........

If anyone can help I'd sure appreciate it.
