It depends on what each one is made of. I machine wash my cotton fabric harness vest and I handwash my silk & satin ones. Im sure you can wash the puppia and cloak & doggie harness vest and I think Tigersmom's vest are made with cotton fabric also so it should be safe to wash that one.
