Court documents are public record. I will also state once more Kathy is a mature adult who willingly signed a contract knowing the terms. If there were terms Kathy could not live with, she is of legal age to drive herself home without signing the contract. There are many show breeders and many breeders in the world, so she had the opportunity to look elsewhere and decided not to. Kathy you have the opportunity to post what happened on your end after you signed the contract and mislead the breeders. Enough said.

Congratulations on the puppy you purchased from Kathy.

Court documents are public record- what was filed against me and the countersuit that was filed by my attorney. You state you live in Indiana - you know the breeder well and how respected. My offer still stands to meet with you and the breeder so that you can hear both sides of the story and look at all the documentation. I don't think that you will get the breeder to agree to such a meeting. Just tell me when and where. Anyone else who wants to come is welcome. I will also bring Helen Twomey along so that she can tell you what happened to her. She can also provide you with a earfull and wealth of documentation . I am sure that there are a couple others that she might ask to come and talk. Please don't write her off- cause her dogs were the ones who produced one of last years top winning yorkie bitches.

I did not post it here on YT as to everything that went down- my side- beacuse I did not want to hurt the breeders reputatation. I have kept silent on the name of the breeder and the kennel. I was trying to handle this with some dignity and class.

With the years of experience of this breeder I would have never expected a situation like this. Live and learn.

But then you state you know all that happened and what my intentions were.
You state I could have walked away and not signed the contract.. How do you know that I could have. You were not there- Could you have walked away if you had paid for the dogs and the breeder refused to give your money back that night. But then you know the whole story.

Funny or should I say rather difficult for you to know my thoughts or intentions when I have not shared them with you or you have never asked
me about them.

You should also be aware that it has been offered before to meet and talk and settle the situation by a third party. Those offers have been refused. It has been a month since I did my deposition and the breeder has not proceed with the case. Ample time for them to have asked for a trial date.

I am ready willing and able to go before a jury and tell my side of the story and show my documentation. If I am so guilty as you seem to alert to- why would I do that. Why would I have wanted thousands of dollars in attorney fees to defend myself.
