I would not be involved in buying a puppy from Kathy right now if I thought there was anything to mistrust about her. She has been very up front with me and everyone as much as she can in print without jeopardising her case.
All this is about at this point is her trying to be a good breeder and stating facts to sell a puppy. I think this thread is overdone and needs to be closed. |
I have only replied to what "Kathy" has stated on the thread "she" started. You are only seeing one side, especially since you are already in a business deal with Kathy purchasing a puppy. I stated and meant when I typed that I was happy she found a wonderful home for he little boy. I have NO agenda in this matter, but to see the truth. Which I have seen the truth. Court documents are public record. I will also state once more Kathy is a mature adult who willingly signed a contract knowing the terms. If there were terms Kathy could not live with, she is of legal age to drive herself home without signing the contract. There are many show breeders and many breeders in the world, so she had the opportunity to look elsewhere and decided not to. Kathy you have the opportunity to post what happened on your end after you signed the contract and mislead the breeders. Enough said.
