I totally believe they can tell time. My cocker spaniels used to know to the minute when I would get home from work - and now with my yorkie girls - they come get me when its dinner time - without fail
even when I'm out....no matter how long I'm gone - they seem to know when I'm a few streets away - my husband tells me they always perk up when I'm close to the house in the car - it's WEIRD !!
