My two year old Simon stopped eating on friday, although he is still drinking water. My other two year old yorkie, Nigel is eating fine, and they have been exposed to the same things.

I took Simon to the Vet on Saturday morning and she said that he stomach was "tight". She gave him gas medicine and another medicine. He is still playful, but has thrown up bile (yellow stuff), still refuses to eat anything, still drinks and hasn't pooped.

I took him on an extra long walk this evening to see if that would help, but so far nothing.

Any suggestions as to how to make him eat or poop? The Vet did put her finger in him and said that his stool felt normal - not constipated.
