Hi all,
Stanley just got neutered yesterday and I'm happy to say the surgery went successfully! I was really scared after reading a few stories about yorkie's dying while getting spayed/neutered. He's on pain meds and he's also wearing one of those cone collars on his head so he doesn't lick the wound..the problem is, he HATES it. The vet tech said they get used to it but Stanley didn't sleep at all last night. He just kept walking around trying to take it off..does anyone have any advice about how to make it as comfortable for him as possible, or even another alternative to the collar? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...
