It is literally never to late to turn around behavior problems. Do you watch "The Dog Whisperer" by Cesar Millan? If so, follow through with his advice and if not you have to buy his season on dvd and buy his book. It will teach you everything you need to know about how to handle any type of dog with any type of behavioral issues.
