With the diverse and many many members here - I just want to say that in times of need....you ALL jump in with your hearts. I was so proud of the outpouring of compassion for Cindy - who just lost little Madda....and the Missing Josie. You all were just awesome.
Every once in a while - we see someone say this site is known for being judgemental (and a few other negative things) - I just want to yell to those people that they don't have a CLUE as to what this site is about. They need to stick around and see what REALLY goes on here and that includes BEHIND the scenes - There are far more positive things shared here than there are negative. Those are few and far between.
This site is way more than a few people - it's a whole LOT of caring people who really do love yorkies and care about their fellow members.
I've met some awesome people here and hope everyone has the same positive experience I've had for these last few years. Some people know how sick my husband is - and there are some days I just want to crawl into a hole and cry - but I can come on here ...read a few threads or look at cute pictures - and I forget all about my problems for a while.
Anyway - I just had to say that. |
You are so right Villette!! This is a very special site! When you consider how many are on it and for the most part there is kindness and understanding. Talk about behind the scenes you are right there for any of us! You have been great to me and all the while you had your own personal problems to deal with. I am sorry I did not know about your husband. I wish you both the best!! This site is addicting because its a pleasant place to be. I think the members are great and that is what makes YT a success!!
