I have used it and it did nothing for me. What I found works the best for removing pet stains and odors from fabrics and carpet is "Get Serious", stain, odor and pheromone extractor. The bottle is white with pink and green print. It also says "This Works", along with tons of things that it removes. I have only found it at PetsMart. It is the only product I have found that removes old stains as well as new ones. I put some in my carpet cleaner when I shampoo carpets and it really freshens things up. With four cats and now a new puppy, I can promise you that this stuff rocks. I will use nothing else. Here is a link to it at PetsMart:
