I don't use soap on Sadie's face. I will hold both her ears so water doesn't get in her ears, hold her head up, and gently spray the top of her head so the water goes down her face..I only apply shampoo to the top of her head and just a little around the long hair around her nose. When I rinse I do the same thing...O...and I either a wet "doggie" wash cloth or paper towel to wash her eyes. This works for me.
