Baby had something that sounded similar to that when I first got her. The Dr. said it was just fatty tissue. It's actually been gone for a while now, and she's now 11 months. I'm not going to tell you "not to worry" because first of all, we are all worry wart Yorkie mommies lolol, and secondly, I don't know what it is for sure. If you are worried, my advice would be to let the vet check it out now or at your furbaby's next immunization visit. Good luck, and welcome to YT!
