I have had Sadie for 23 days, and have given her two baths. The groomer told me she has sensitive skin.

I have noticed she scratches alot, mostly in one area. I got a good look at it,
and there are tiny pin head size black spots in about a 1/2 inch area of her skin.

I called the vet's nurse this AM and he said it is not fleas, but prob. sensitive
skin, and to use Neosporin on it.

Has anyone else had this problem, and what do you think caused it?
