HI everyone- Just wondering if anyone could tell me if it is normal for puppies to have a "wet face"?? Dolce's face always looks like she has been crying or dunking her face in a bowl of water. Is this the norm? Plus the hair on her nose does not seem to be growing...she is going to be 16 weeks this Friday. I have tried washing her face with a cotton ball, but it doesnt seem to do anything. Am I doing something wrong or is there something wrong with Dolce?? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!!
