Surely there must be some kind of action you can take against this boy and/or his parents. Clearly he's had Josie from the beginning - and at the very least knew that someone was looking for her. Withholding her from her rightful owners is a crime is it not? I would take some action, not sure if I'm understanding the story right, but that story you spoke of in your other thread (about josie being in santa barbara) sounded awfully suspicious.
It's disgusting to know that there are people out there like this - makes me hold my two all that much closer to me everytime I hear stories like this. Whatever happened to just being satisfied with the gratitude a person feels when you return their beloved pet - why isn't that enough? I would never accept an award for returning something that belonged to someone in the first place.

Anyways, I'm so happy that you have your baby home again, safe and sound, where she belongs.
