ok...so I've been a little out of the loop so I just reread the WHOLE thread. I am sorry that Josie has not neem returned yet but I have to ask...do you have any info of any of the addresses that this boy had your hubby on a wild gosse chase? I think you should go YOURSELF to this boys house or second boy...whoever you know and DEMAND for the dog. They are all associated somehow and don't leave until you have Josie.
This must be so frustrating but please update us all.
