I worked with a girl who had been on Depo and then went off.... She had bleeding/spotting for like, 6 months!
Whether that's normal or not, I don't know... But that's kind of why I never even considered it and just went on the Pill. Her story scared me so I just kind of stayed away from it (plus, I don't like needles)!
