I think I'm done crying. I'm moving on to getting angry.

I just don't understand what this dumb girl is thinking.

She can't just keep my baby. She also gave us a condition...that we promise her that we give some of the reward money to her brother, because "he's been through alot."
HE"S BEEN THROUGH ALOT!!!! What about my Family?!?!

She's been told the Police are involved . The Police said that anything over $400.00 is considered GRAND Theft. The report is going to be kept opened untill we have her back in our arms, taken her to the Vet and have her checked out.
