If her ears smell they are infected. She'll need a trip to the vet. Don't mess around with the OTC stuff.

As for the house training, you might have to go back to puppy basics, and keep her confined to a small area when you are not able to give her 100% of your attention.
Take her out every hour. And keep an eye on her when she is inside. |
