When I was looking for my Yorkie, I also got a lot of email replies from people on 'missionary' or 'veterinarian' work in Africa. They all sound the same and these ads are all over the place, not only on backpage. Be cautious and read between the lines. Also, check out the link, it's pretty self-explanatory.
