Ears: It helps to get an ear cleaner lotion from the pet store. Better take her to the Vet to make sure they are not infected.
Haircut: Lots of Yorkies have short hair. With a good conditioner (for pets) you can maintain a nice coat but not without brushing. Start slowly to get her used to it.
Potty training: Yorkies are notorious for being a problem in this field. When you take her out and she goes, make a biiiig fuss over it. It makes no sense to punish her when she goes inside. You can also try potty pads.
