Hello and welcome to YT! This is a wonderful forum with great people and exellent advice!
Puppies cant hold there bladder for long periods of times and a Yorkie in particular. I also have a pen and my Lillie is being pee pad trained, for one it gets very cold her in the winter and this will save her from having to go outside to potty in the winter time.
But if your gong hoe on no pee-pads, then you should keep her in a very small crate (enough room for her to turn around and lay comfortably) and keep her in it at all times, only take her out to potty and eat, make sure you are giving her drinks frequently, but it will take a good week of this, but it should work.
