anytime I've found anything I was concerned about like that i ALWAYS put neosporin on it for a few days and see if it starts looking better. I am one that truly knows neosporin is a very good antibiotic antiseptic for such things. But actually to me, it looks like possibly a tick could have been there at sometime or other. Did you know if a tick gets in your head and even after you remove it, you can still feel a small place like a bump in your head off and on over years? Hubby got one when he was young and for years he would get a little raised bump on his head and I looked at it before and it looked something like this. But please dont let that scare you as it maybe be from anything, But I would put the neosporin on it till I could take him to the vet but I would definitely take him to the vet.
