Well, we went and took one last look around the house, couldn't find anything wrong, and now were just in the wait till you close stage. I think? I thought I did all my research when I was learning about the different lenders, rates, what to ask, what to look for? Hopefully we will be in our new house on August 24 (which is the closing date)!!! Now we just need to find the 2 puppies a perfect new home and family. |
