LOL !! Yummy to the Tummy - I say that ALL The time to my girls - they know when I say that they're getting something really good - Not Chili though LOL

I make GREAT Chili. I don't follow a recipe but I use the following ingredients....ALL ingredients can be varied or increased/decreased - it ALWAYS comes out good.

Hamburg - COOK IT FIRST w/chopped onions - then add to the sause ....I season it with Chili Powder & Garlic and let it sit - you can sub ANY stew meat

2 cans Kidney Beans - or more depending on my mood or who i want to blast out of the room
2 cans of DARK RED Kidney Beans
1 Can pinto beans
2 Jalopenos - FRESH
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 BIG chopped Onion

The sause is
Stewed Tomatos - HUGE CAN
2 reg cans Crushed Tomatoes
1-2 cans Tomato Puree
1 small can Tomato Paste
Beer - 1/2 can - drink the other half or don't worry about this and drink the whole can
1-2 or more tsp Cayenne
1 tsp Dry Mustard
1 tsp Celery Seeds
Garlic Cloves - crushed
Little SALT and Pepper
tiny bit of Lime Juice

LOTS OF CHILI POWDER - I add the McCormics kind and regular - by the handfuls

In most cases - I don't use everything I listed but try to include them all - the chili always comes out yummy
